Getting to know me!

I am also a Regional Vice President for a financial service company. I am a happily married wife of 15 years and mother of a 4 ½ year old beautiful active boy. It took us 13 years to conceive him. I started scrapbooking 4 years ago to document my son’s growing years. I felt I wanted to leave him with all his childhood memories, and now he is stuck with my addiction, including Ten 12 x 12 albums to date! My friends tease me he is going to go off to college with 50 albums and his future wife will hate me. I want him to have a prenuptial that protects the albums. I believe my addiction was genetically passed down to my son, because he loves to use my punches and cricut, especially the animal kingdom cartridge!
I love to scrapbook, by myself or preferably with friends. I have at least 6 different groups of friends that I crop with, and I passed on my addiction to my mother, so I can normally find someone willing to crop with me. For my birthday this year my husband was out of town on business so 8 of my friends came to my house for a chocolate & scrapbooking party- It was the best party I ever had! I now want to make it a yearly event!
I enjoy family time and feel blessed every minute I am with my husband and son! We love being with family and friends, biking, fishing, camping, reading, scuba diving, and my favorite thing to do is to go on vacation! My favorite color is red, movie is any chick flick with a happy ending especially American President. My favorite drink is coffee, which is my only other addition after scrapbooking. I love hot coffee, iced coffee, espresso, café Americano, as long as its coffee! Oh and then there is chocolate and gummy bear too! It all seems to go with scrapbooking.

First time blogging

Hi all,
I am so excited to be starting this blog. I have plans on sharing my greatest obsession scrapbooking. I will be sharing layouts, check out some at the bottom of the blog, how to design with the cricut machine, how to use photoshop to hybrid scrapbook and much more. If there are things you would like to see, just send me a post and I would be happy to comply. I plan on posting once or twice a week just to share new ideas. Have a great day, and keep scrapping:)
